RESOLUTI ON NO. 1444
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING A TAX PROCEEDS
EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1980-81
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE HEREBY RESOLVES
that the Fiscal 1980-81 expenditure appropriation limit from tax proceeds
is $2,180,059, in accordance with Proposition 4, Jmplementing legislation
SB 1352.
On motion of Council Member Millis, seconded by Council Member I
Smith, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Millis, Hogan, and Mayor Pope
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Vandeveer
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 25th day of November,
1980.
