RESOLUTION NO. 1416
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DESIGNATING THREE
HANDICAP PARKING SPACES.
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish three handicap
parking spaces, as more particularly described below;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, as follows:
The first space on the left of the Branch Street exit of the Car
Corral; the first space on each side of the Village Green park
on Short Street be designated as Handicapped Parking only, with I
the parking time remaining the same as now existing and subject
to a review in one year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
Arroyo Grande be, and he is hereby authorized to provide and install a
sufficient sign and/or marking to indicate said handicap parking spaces.
On motion of Counci 1 Member Mi 11 is, seconded by Counci'I Member Vandeveer,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Hogan, Vandeveer, Millis and Mayor Pope
NOES: None
I ABSENT: None
I the foregoing Resolution was of June, 1980.

County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, do hereby certify that the
foregoing Resolution No. 1416 is a true, full and correct copy of said Reso-
lution passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 24th day of June, 1980.
