RESOLUTI ON NO. 1410
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION
OF HALCYON ROAD.
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on
a portion of Halcyon Road, as specifically described below;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the entire frontage of the
property known as 295 S. Halcyon Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo I
Grande be, and he is hereby authorized to provide and instal] sufficient signs
and/or markings to indicate said no parking zone.
On motion of Council Member Millis, seconded by Council Member Vandeveer
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith,Hogan, Vandeveer, Millis and Mayor Pope
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted
