RESOLUTION NO. 1408
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLI SH I NG A "NO PARKI NG" ZONE
ON THE PIKE WESTERLY OF THE DEL SOL INTERSECTION.
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a
portion of The Pike, ,as speeifical1y described below;
NOW TAEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the North side of The
Pike from curb return on the West side of the intersection of Del
Sol Street and The Pike and extending 40' Westerly on the North
side of The Pike. I
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficien~ signs
and/or markings to indicate said no parking zone.

and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Pope, Gallagher, de Leon, Smith and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed 1980.
