RESOLUTION NO. 3328
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE DECLARING AS SURPLUS PROPERTY COMPUTER
RELATED EQUIPMENT TO BE SOLD
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has certain property consisting of outdated and
l:Inused computer-related equipment; and
WHEREAS, other entities have expressed interest in purchasing the equipment; and
WHEREAS. the Financial Services Department has carefully inventoried the
equipment.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arroyo Grande does declare
as surplus the property listed on the attached Exhibit U A".
On motion of Council Member Tolley, seconded by Council Member Lady, and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Tolley, Lady, Fuller, Runels, and Mayor Dougall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 22nd day of September, 1998.
