R 1399 32'fl- \. .. ,~ :) RESOLUTI ON NO. 1399 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY*COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING VOTING PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES, APPOINTING PRE- CINCT BOARD MEMBERS AND FIXING COMPENSATION FOR THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION OF SAID CITY ON TUESDAY, APRIL 8, 1980, HERETOFORE CALL EO BY RESOLUTI ON NO. 1398 OF THE CITY COUNCIL. WHEREAS, a general municipal ,election to be held on Tuesday, April 8, 1980, has been heretofore called by Resolution No. 1398, adopted on January 8, 1980; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, CAL- IFORNIA, OOES HE~EBY RESOLVE, DECLARE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That for the purpose of holding said regular general municipal election, there shall be and are hereby established six (6) voting precincts consisting of the regular election precincts In the City of Arroyo Grande established for the holding of state and county elections, as said regular election precincts exist on the date of adoption of this resolution. That the polling places for the respective precincts shall be the places hereinafter designates; and that the persons hereinafter named, being competent and qualified electors and residents of said City are hereby appointed pre- cinct board members for their respective voting precincts and they shall hold said election and make return thereof In the manner provided by law. That the compensation of the persons hereinbefore named as precinct board members is hereby fixed at the sum of $33.75 for each Inspector and $30.00 for each Judge and Clerk for said election. The rental for each of such polling places, where a charge is made, shall be the sum of $20.00 for said election. When required, the compensation of the Custodian of a building shall be $20.00 for said election. SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original Resolutions of said City; and shall make a minute of passage and adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City Council of said City, in the minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.
