RESOLUT ION NO. 1396.'

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFI;ARaOYOF
GRANDE ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE ON THE NORTH
SIDE OF GRAND AVENUE.
WHEREAS, It appears necessary and desirable to establish a "No Parking"
zone on the North Side of Grand Avenue, as spec:lfica11y described below;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the CIty CouncIl of the CIty of Arroyo
Grande as foUows:
That the one parkIng space on the north side of Grand Avenue
adjacent to Hubba.rd Printing be moved easterly as far as
possible and that a no parking zone be established in the
area between the one parking space and the crosswalk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief ofPo.1lO8 of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and he I s hereby. authorized to provide and I nS.ta 11 sufficient signs
and/or markIngs to Indicate said "No ParkIng" zone.
