A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Af~OYO GRANDE
AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF fHE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE VEHICLE TIRES.
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARf )YO GRANDE DOES
HEREBY AUTHORIZE the Office of Procurement, Department of Gene' II Services of
the State of Cal tfornia, to purchase: .
VEHICLE TIRES
for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande, pursuant to Set tlon IltSllt,
of the Government Code, and that Thomas M. Butch, Purchasing A~ !nt, Is
hereby au~horlzed and directed to sign and deliver all necessa' f requests
and other documents In connection therewith for and on behalf f f the City
of Arroyo Grande.
