RESOLUTION NO. 1381
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
8AAHDE HAKING FINDINGS ON PETITION.
WHEREAS, certain property owners have presented an executed Petition
requesting the construction of certain public Improvements, together with
appurtenanc.s and appurtenant work in connection therewith, said l.prov..ents
to be contructed pursuant to the t.rms and provisions of the """"Iclpal
Improvement Ac:t of 1913," being Division 12 of the Streets and HIg_y. Code
of the State of C.llfornla, In a special assessment district known and
designated as
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 79-1
(CANYON WAY)
(hereinafter r.ferred to as the "Assessment District"); and

. WHEREAS, It has been reported that said Petition contelns the .Ignatures
of MOre than sixty percent (60*) of the property owners of the ......-'>>1.
area of the property to be subject to assessment for the proposed work. of
Improvement. S.ld Petition meets the requirements of Section 2804 of Division
4 of the Streets .nd Highways Code of the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNC I L OF THE C I TV DF ARROYO GlWlOE HEREIY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2. That the City Council finds that sal,d Petition has been
signed by _rs owning land constituting more than sixty percent (~) of .11
assess.ble land within the boundaries of the proposed Assessment District.
SECTION 3. That said Petition shall be filed In the Office of the City
Clerk and shall remain open to public Inspection.
SECTION Ii. That said Petition meets the requirements of S.ctlon 280"
of Division" of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Callfornl., and
further proc:eedlngs and limitations under the provisions of the "Specl.I
Asses_nt Invastlgatlon, Limitation and "-jorlty Protest Act of 19JI" shall
not be appllc:eble to these proceedings.
