RESOLUTI ON NO. 1367
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF
ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING THE ADDITION OF ONE
VEHICLE, TO BE OPERATED AS A TAXICAB, TO THE
FIVE CITIES TAXi COMPANY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANOE HEREBY RESOLVES AS ~OLLOWS:
The City counci) approves the addition of one vehlcl~ to be used ~s a
taxicab, to the Five Cities Taxi Company, such vehicle described as follows:
Make: Checker
Model: Taxicab, four-door
Year: 1966
Color: Green
Passengers: 6
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Arroyo Grande grants a new
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to the Five Cities Taxi Company,
such certificate to cover the operation of two vehicles as taxicabs within the
City of Arroyo Grande to be effective
On the motion of CounciJ Member de Leon, seconded by Council Member Gallagher
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Pope, Gallagher, de Leon, Smith and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day of July, 1979.
