GRANDE APPROVING THE 1978-79AHENDED ANNUAl TRANSPORTATION
CLAIN AND AUTHORIZING ITS SUBMITTAL TO THE SAM LUIS

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande,
that It ...kes a finding that there are no _t public trnasportatlon needs
which can be met through expansion of the existing transportation syst..s,
establishing n_ transportation syltMs or by contracting for services frCMI
~ carriers and others, pursuant to Article 8 of the "1IIs-AI~ulst-Deddeh
Act.
H IT FURTHER RESOLVEO that the City Counc II of the City of Arroyo
Grande, In accordance with Chapter 1400, Statutes 19'1 and appllc"'le rules
and regulat Ions, epproves the Amended Annual Transportation Clala for 1978-79,
as per Exhibit "A" aueched, and authorizes Its su!lltlttal, alOftt with all
other doc:ueentatlon required, to the San Luis Obispo Ar.. Councl' of Govern-
ments.
