R 3330 RESOLUTION NO. 3330 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING AS SURPLUS RECOVERED STOLEN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN POLICE REPORT NO. 97-2102 WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has in its possession recovered stolen property listed in Police Report No. 97-2102; and WHEREAS, City staff was able to return a portion of the stolen property to the legal owners; and WHEREAS, the City has not been able to determine the legal owners of the remaining property; and WHEREAS, on April 23, 1998, the remaining property was turned over to the City by order of Superior Court Judge Michael Duffey for disposition; and WHEREAS, City staff has carefully surveyed the remaining property and removed that equipment which will be used by staff in performing the City's official business. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does declare as surplus the remaining property described in Police Report No. 97-2102, and authorizes staff to sell/dispose of said property in the most cost-efficient manner. On motion of Council Member Runels, seconded by Council Member Fuller, and on the following roll catt vote, to wit: AYES: Council Members Runels, Fuller, Lady, Tolley, and Mayor Dougall NOES: None ABSENT: None the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13thday of October , 1998.
