Subject: March 8, 2022 Proposed Water Rate Increase
Dear City Council Members:
I am writing to simply state that I am in favor of the water and wastewater rate increases as
outlined in the newsletter that I received last month. My personal opinion is that this is a
needed and overdue increase for what we get in return. I wanted to state my opinion so that if
you get cries from opponents, you have at least one person in favor of raising rates. To me
this pales in comparison to the rate increases for phone and internet use as well as such
essentials as gasoline.
I do not need a reply to this. Thank you all for your work and dedication.
