A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE VEHICLE TIRES
AND TUBES.
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO.GRANDE DOES
HEREBY AUTHORIZE the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services of
the State of California, to purchase:
VEHICLE TIRES AND TUBES
for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande, pursuant to Section 14814, of
the Government Code, and that Thomas M. Butch, Purchasing Agent, is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other
documents in connection therewith for andon behalf of the City of Arroyo
Grande.
On motion of Council Member Smith, seconded by Council Member do Leon
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members de Leon, Pope, Smith and Mayor M111is.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Council Member Gallagher.
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 28th day of November, 1978.
