RESOLUTION NO. 1331
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANOE DESIGNATING OFFICER TO ATTEND EXECUTIVE SESSIONS
(Government Code Sect. 54957.2)
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 54957.2 authorizes the Arroyo Grande
City Council to designate the officer of said City who is to attend executive
sessions for purposes of keeping records of topics discussed and decisions made
at said City Council meetings; and
WHEREAS, the Arroyo Grande City Council desires to comply with said
Code Section;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande, as follows:
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.2, the City'S A~ministrative

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that In the event that the Administrative
Officer is unavailable or otherwise unable to attend said meetings, that the
City Council designates the City Clerk of the City of Arroyo Grande as the
alternate officer appointed to attend said executive sessions for the purposes
of keeping records of the topics discussed and decisions made at said meetings.
On motion of Council Member de Leah, seconded by Council Member Gallagher,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Gallagher, de Leon, Pope, Smith and Mayor Millis.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 12th day of September, 1978.
