RESOLUTION NO. 3332
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. M002 TO
LOCAL AGENCY -STATE AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL-AID
PROJECTS NO. 05-5199 FOR THE RODEO DRIVE AND
STAGECOACH ROAD STORM REPAIR PROJECTS
WHEREAS, on May 15, 1997 the City and the State entered into Local Agency-State
Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 05-5199; and
WHEREAS, Program Supplement No. M002 to the Local Agency-State Agreement for
Federal-Aid Projects No. 05-5199 designated the. force account Federal funds
requested for construction for the Rodeo Drive and Stagecoach Road Storm Repair
Projects; and,
WHEREAS, the City is eligible to receive Federal Highway Administration-Emergency
Relief funds for these projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby:
1. Approve Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein, entitled "Program
Supplement No. M002 to Administering Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Air
Projects No. 05-5199 ".
2. Appoint the Mayor as the official representative authorized to sign Program
Supplement No. MOO2.
On motion of Council Member Runels, seconded by Council Member Fuller, and by the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Member Runels, Fuller, Lady, Tolley, and Mayor Dougall
NOES: None
