A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCil Of THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE APPROVING AN AMENDED ANNUAL TRANSPORTATION CLAIM
FOR .977-78 AND AUTHORIZING ITS SUBMITTAL TO THE SAN LUIS
OBISPO COUNTY & CITIES AREA PLANNING COORDINATING COUNCIL.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande,
that it makes a finding that there are no unmet transit needs that cannot reason-
ably be met with existing and proposed transit plans that are currently available.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, in accordance with Chapter .400, Statutes 1971 and applicable rules
and regulations, approves the amended Annual Transportation Claim for 1977-78,
as per Exhibit itA" attached, and authorizes its submittal, along with an
other documentation required, to the San Luis Obispo County and Cities Area
Planning Coordinating Council.
