GRANBE RESCINBING RESGLUTION Nm. 1296 REGAR@ING THE
SETTING OF TAX RATES F@R THE 1977-73 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, the Arroye Grande City Council, at Its regular meeting on the
23rd day ef August, 1'77; adopted Reselutlon No. 1296 relatIng to the adoption
of a tax rate for the 1977-78 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution Ne. 1296 Is now found to be unacceptable.
N@W, THEREF@RE, BE IT RES0LVED BY THE CITY C@UNCIL OF THE CITY 0F ARROYO
GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
That Arroyo Grande City Council Resolution No. 12'6, relating to
the adoption of a tax rate for the 1977-78 fiscal year, is hereby rescinded.
On matlon of Councilman Schlegel, seconded by CounclJman Splerllng
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Splerllng, Schlegel and Mayor de Lean
N@ES: Councilmen Gallagher and Millis
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 25th day of August, 1977.
