RESOLUTION NO.3 335
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA
DESIGNATING MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES AS SURPLUS
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department has inventoned and found numerous
items that are no longer of use to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City will be conducting a public auction for such surplus City property
equipment on October 31, 1998; and
WHEREAS, disposal of City property requires City Council approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, California as follows:
The equipment described in Exhibit A is declared to be surplus and staff is
authorized to dispose of this equipment in the most cost effective manner.
On motion of Council Member Runels , seconded by Council Member
Tolley , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES:Council Members Runels, Tolley, Lady, Fuller, and Mayor Dougall
NOES: None
ABSENT:None
