RESOLUTI,ON NO. 1282

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE APPROVING THE ANNUAL TRANSPORTATION CLAIM AND
AUTHORIZING ITS SUBMITTAL TO THE SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY
AND CITIES AREA PLANNING COORDINATING COUNCIL.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande.
that it makes a finding that there are no unmet transit needs that cannot
reasonably be met with existing and proposed transit plans that are
currently available.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, in accordance with Chapter 1~OO, Statutes 1911 and applicable rules
and regulations, approves the Annual Transportation Claim for 1911-18, as
per Exhibit "A" attached, and authorizes Its submittal, along with al1
other documentation required, to the San Luis Obispo County and Cities
Area Planning Coordinating Council.
On motion of Councilman Spierling, seconded by Councilman Gallagher
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spier1ing, Gallagher, Schlegel and Hayor Pro Tem Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor de Leon
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 2~th day of Hay, 1'11.
