A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE, AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF COMMUNITY ANTENNA ,
TELEVISION SYSTEKS FRANCHISE ,

WHEREAS, Central California Communications Corporation is the hoider of a
non-exclusive franchise to maintain a community antenna television system within
the City of Arroyo Grande; and
WHEREAS, Municipal Code Section 5-2.08(d) provides that such franchise
shall not be transferred without the prior consent of the Arroyo Grande City
Council; and
f WHEREAS, the said franchise Is proposed to be assigned to SONIC CABLE
T.V. and said proposed transferee has demonstrated Its financial responsibility
and has agreed to comply with all of the provisions of Chapter 2 of Title 5 of
the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code.

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande hereby consents to the transfer of said franchise to SONIC
CABLE T.V.
On motion of Councilman Schlegel, seconded by Councilmen Gallagher and I
on the foljowlng roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Gallagher, Schlegel, Millis and Kayar de Leon ,
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmen Spler1ing
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 26th day of April, 1977. I
