RESOLUTION NO. 1272
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 1271
FIXING A TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
TO CONSIDER ABANDONMENT OF A PUBLIC UTILITY
EASEMENT ON LOT 1 IN THE RUTH ANN WAY TRACT
WITHIN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1271 was adopted by the Arroyo Grande City
Council for purposes of fixing a time and place for public hearing to consider
abandonment of a pUblic utility easement; and
WHEREAS, the Arroyo Grande City Council has become aware of the
fact that the City does not own said public utility easement, and is
therefore not in a position to consider said abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the
City of Arroyo Grande as follows: Resolution No. 1271 is hereby rescinded.
On motion of Councilman Splerling, seconded by Councilman Gallagher
and on the following roll call vote., to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, Gallagher, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor de Leon
NOES: None
ABSENT: Hone
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 8th day of February, 1977.
