RESOLUTI ON NO. 1266
A RESOLUTION OF 'THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE OROERING THE ABANDONMENT .OF A PORTION OF LE POINT
STREET (STREETS & HIGHWAYS CODE SECTION 8323, ET SEQ.)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has elected to ,
proceed under provisions of Streets and Highways Code Section 8321, et seq.,
and in accordance with the provisions thereof, by resolution, the Arroyo Grande i
City CouncIl set the time and place for public hearing of protests for the
vacation.of said City street at 8:00 P.M., November 23, 1976, In the Arroyo
Grande City CouncIl Chambers; and
[ WHEREAS, the City Council has found, on the basis of evidence produced
at the public hearing, that the hereinafter descrIbed public street portion is ,
unnecessary for present or future public street purposes; 1

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE!) that the hereinafter described portion of
an Arroyo Grande City street be abandoned, and it is so ordered. I

ABSTA1NEO: Councilman Gallagher
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 14th day of December, 1976.
