RESOLUTION NO. 1257
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE ESTABLISHING A PASSENGER LOADING ZONE AND CROSS-
WALK ON CROWN STREET.
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a passenger
loading zone and crosswalk on Crown Street at the Paulding Campus as more
particularly described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows:
1. That a "PASSENGER LOADING" zone be established beginning at
a point which is twenty feet (20') easterly of the In~'r,.e~lon
of the southerly prolongation of the westerly right of way line
of McKinley Street with the southerly curb line of Crown Street,
thence easterly sixty-two feet (62') along said southerly curb
line.
2. That a crosswalk be established at the top of Crown Street
by the stop sign on the westerly sIde of McKlnely Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Pollee of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and he Is herewith ordered to Install all necessary signs and/or
markings to indicate the foregoing controls.
On motion of Councilman Spierllng, seconded by Councilman Gallagher and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Splerllng, Gallagher, Schlegel, Millis and Kayar de Leon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 26th day of October, 1976.
