RESOLUTION NO. 1241
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A RIGHT OF WAY
CERTIFICATE TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande that it
hereby authorizes the Mayor to sign, on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande,
a Right of Way Certificate to the State of California, Department of
Transportation, in regard to the Grand Avenue FAU Project.
On motion of Councilman Spierling, seconded by Councilman Gallagher and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, ~allagher, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor de Leon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day of August, 1976.
