RESOLUTION NO. 1235
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANOE APPROVING AN AMENOEO ANNUAL TRANSPORTATION CLAIM
FOR 1976-77 AND AUTHORIZING ITS SUBMITTAL TO THE SAN
LUIS OBISPO COUNTY & CITIES AREA PLANNING COOROINATING
COUNC I L.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande,
in accordance with Chapter 1400, Statutues 1971 and applicable rules and
regulations, approves the amended Annual Transportation Claim for 1976-77, as
per Exhibit "A" attached, and author'izesits submittal, along with al! other
documentation required, to the San Luis Obispo County and Cities Area Planning
Coord i nat i ng Counc1 I.
On mot ion of Counci lman Mi I' is, seconded by Counci Iman Gallagher and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spiel.ling, Gallagher, Schlegel, Millis and MAYN de Leon
NOES: nn"c
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of July, 1976. I
