RESOLUTI ON NO. 1234
A RESOLUT ION OF THE C I TV COUNC i L OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRAN~E AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS.
BE IT RESOLVEO THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES
hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services of
the State of California, to purchase
FIFTY-EIGHT (58) TIRES
for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande pursuant to Section 14814,
Government Code, and that Thomas M. Butch, Purchasing Agent, is hereby authorized
and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other documents In
connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande.
On mat I on of Councilman Schlegel, seconded by Councilman Gallagher and on
the following roll call vote, towit: .
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, Gallagher, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor de Leon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
