RESOLUTION NO. 1231
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE. MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT FOR THE SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY
AREA COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS.
_BE IT RESOlJLED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande that it
hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to sign, on behalf of the City of
Arroyo Grande, a Joint Powers Agreement between Cities and County for the San
Luis Obispo County Area Council of Governments. --
On motion of Councilman Spierling, seconded by CQuncilman Schlegel and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:

NOES: NORe
ABSENT: None -
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 22nd day of June, 1976.
