RESOLUTION NO. 1226
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANOE ESTABUSHlNG A "NO PARKI NG" ZONE ON HALCYON ROAI}.
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a portion
of South Halcyon Road, as specifically described below;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the east side of
South Halcyon Road, beginning at a point which is one hundred
seventy feet (170') northerly of the northeasterly curb return
on Ha I cyon Road at Fa I r Oaks. Avenue, thence one hundred twenty
feet (120') northerly of said point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Pollee of the City of Arroyo Grande
be, and he Is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or
markings to indicate said stop signs.
On motion of Councilman Schlegel, seconded by Councilman Spierling and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Splerilng, Gallagher, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor de Leon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 22nd day of June, 1976.
