RESOLUTION NO. 1222
A RESOl.UT! ON OF THE C!TY COUNC I L OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZiNG THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN AN
AGREEMENT WiTH CAL TRANS FOR BIKE LANES.
THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE HEREBY RESOLVES that
the Mayor and City Cle-rk be authorized to execute that certain agreement with
the State of California Department of Transportation (CAL TRANS) for the
construction of a bicycle lane along State Highway 227 at Crown Hill.
On motion of Councilman Splerllng, seconded by Councilman Schlegel and on
t~e following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spterling,Gallagher, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor de Leon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 8th day of June, 1976.
