RESOLUTION NO. 1216
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE APPROVING AN AMENDED ANNUAL TRANSPORTATION CLAIM
FOR 1975-76 AND AUTHORIZ~NG ITS SUBMITTAL TO THE SAN
LUIS OBISPO COUNTY & CITIES AREA PLANNING COORDINATING
COUNCIL.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande.
in accordance with Chapter 1400~ Statutues 1971 and applicable rules and
regulations, approves the amended Annual Transportation Claim for 1975-76. as
per Exhibit "A" attached~ and authorizes its submittal, along with all other
documentation required, to the San Luis Obispo County and Cities Area Planning
Coordinating Council.
On motion of Councilman Mil1is~ seconded by Councilman Gallagher, Jr.
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Counei lmen Spier1 lng, Gallagher,Jr., Mi 11 is and Mayor de Leon
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Schlegel
the foregoing Resolution was passed .and adopted this 27th day of Apri I, 1976.
