A RESOlUT~ON OF THE CITY COUNC~L OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE ESTABU SH! NG A "NO PARKH~G" ZONE ON ASH STREETo
WHEREAS~ It appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a
portion of Ash Street, as specifically described below;
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE !T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as f011ows:
That a "No Parking" zone be estab1lshed on the south side of
Ash Street~ between South Elm Street and the entrance to
Lopez High Schooio
On motion of Councilman Spierling, seconded by Councl1man Sch1ege1 and on
the fo 11 owl n9 ro 11 ca 11 vote, to wi t:
AYES~ Councilmen Spler1ing, Gal1agher, Schlegel, Minis and Mayor de Leon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
