RESOLUTION NO. 1205
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE ESTABLI SH I NG A "NO PARK I NG" ZONE ON A PORT / ON
OF GRAND AVENUE.
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a
portion of Grand Avenue, adjacent to 410 Grand Avenue, as specifically
described below;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" red zone be established on the northerly side
of Grand Avenue, beginning at the northwesterly corner of.
Barnett Street and Grand Avenue, and continuing one hundred and
fifty feet (ISO') westerly therefrom.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Pollee of the City of Arroyo Grande
be, and he Is herewith ordered to install al1 necessary signs andlar markings
along said portion of Grand Avenue to Indicate the "No Parking" zone as set
forth above.
On motion of Councilman Splerllng, seconded by Councilman Gallagher, Jr.
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierllng, Gallagher,Jr., Schlegel, Millis and Mayor de Leon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 23rd day of March, 1976.
