RESOLUTION NO. 1203
'! A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANOE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY FOLLOWING
PUBLIC HEARING (Government Code Section 34720 et seq.)
WHEREAS, the Arroyo Grande City Council has adopted R~solutlon No. 1199
finding that the public interest and convenience require the sale of certain
hereinafter descrIbed property; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution, as provided under Governmen~ Code Section
37422, was published and posted, accoAding to law, and thereafter, said City
Council held a public hearing to hear objections to the sale of said property,
and following said public hearing determined that public interest and convenience
will be served by the sale of the hereinafter described parcels of real property.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande that t~e hereinafter described property will be sold to the owner of said
parcels ,lying immediately adjacent thereto upon installation of curbs, gutters
and sidewalks. along the hereinafter described property, and the payment of the
following sum~ of money:

Proportionate cost of survey and description $85.00
PARCEL NO. 07-552-20
Prbportionate cost of survey and description $75.00

PARCEL NO. 07-552-22
Proportionate cost of survey and description $95.00
The parcels of ,real property herein referred to are described in Exhibit "A"
below.

California, as Wood's Addition is shown on Map filed in

said County, lying between the existing easterly right of way
of Traffic Way and a line located parallel and 40' easterly
of the planned centerline of Traffic Way as shown on a Record
of Survey Map filed in Book 17 of. Licensed Surveys at Page I,
records of said County.
