GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:.
That the City Council hereby finds, in accordance.wlth the
report of said Superintendent of Streets, and Instructs said officer to notify
the owners or persons In possession of the properties fronting on those portions
of South Halcyon Road, as listed above, In whlc~. no concrete sidewalks heve .been
constructed theretofore, to construct, or cause to be constructed, concrete
sidewalks In front of his said property, and the Improvements for the proper
functionIng. of the Installed sidewalks.
