RESOLUTION NO. 1195
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE ORDERING THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY FOLLOWING
PUBLIC HEARING AND SETTING DATE FOR RECEIVING BIDS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande on November 25, 1975
by Resolution No, 1190 set a publ ic hearing to allow any pe,rson to object to the

sale of the hereinafter described property; and
WHEREAS, there were no protests to the sale of said property at the time of
said public hearing and the Arroyo Grande City Council determined that the public
Interest and convenience will be served by the sale of said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande as follOws:
1. That the hereinafter described properties shall be sold by the City
of Arroyo Grande;
2, That the City Council will accept the highest offer in excess of
$3,224,99 for each lot;
3, That said written offers, which must be accompanied bya,bldder's
bond or certified check In the amount of ten percent (10%)pf the bid, will be
opened on January 22, 1976 at 2:00 P.M., In the Arroyo. Grande City, Hall and must
be received by the Arroyo Grande City Clerk prior to , that time;
4, Oral offers may be made Immediately after all written offers have been
opened, providing, however, that said oral offer must exceed the highest written
offer by an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of said highest written
offer. A ten percent (10%) bidder's bond or cashier's check wiH be.uired
prior to final acceptance of said oral offers.
5. That the parcels of real property here referred to are described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto;
6. In the event that offers are not submitted for bot~ parcels of
property In accordance with Paragraph 3 hereof, the City Council may, by motion,
authorize a time and place for receipt of further written and/or oral bids for
said parcel or parcels.
On motion of Councilman Splerllng, seconded by Councilman de Leon and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierllng, de Leon, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor Talley
NOES: None .
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 23rd day of December, 1975.
