RESOLUTI ON NO. 1190
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY C/IIUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE SETTING FORTH ITS INTENTION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY
AND SETTiNG A DATE FOR HEARING THEREON AS PROVIDED UNDER
PROVISIONS OF GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 371i20,
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has no prospective use for the
hereinafter described parcel of property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ~ITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
I. The public Interest and convenience will be served If the hereinafter
described parcels of real property set forth In Exhibit "A" attached hereto are
sold and conveyed. .
2. That the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande Intends to sell
and coovey the parcels of property described In Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
by reference Incorporated herein,
3. That a public hearing will be held In connection with said Council's
. Intention to sell and convey the parcels of real property described In Exhibit "A""
at which time, any person objecting to said sale or Interested therein may appear
and be heard thereon. Said hearing will be held on the 23rd day of December, 1975,
at the hour of 8:00 P.M., In the Council Chambers of the' City Hall, 211i East Branch
Street, Arroyo Grande, California.
Ii, The minimum bid which wIll be approved for each parcel shall be Three
Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars ($3,225.0or;-whlch Includes costs of
surveying said parcels,
5. That In the event the City Council elects to sell said property" final
action may be taken Immediately following said public hearing.
6. The City Cierk of the City of Arroyo Grande Is herewith ordered to
publish this resolution in the Five Cities Tlmes-Press-Recorder at least ten (10)
days prior to the date of said hearing.
, 7. The parceis of real property herein referred to are described In
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
On motion of Councllm,1O de Leon, 'seconded by Councilman Spierllng and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Splerling, de Leon, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was 'passed and adopted this 25th day of November, 1975,
