RESOLUT! ON NO" 1184
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITV OF ARROYO
GRANDE ORDERING THE ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF ROBLES
ROAD, FORMERlV OAK STREET (STREETS & HIGHWAVS CODE
SECTION 8323, ET SEQ.)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has elected to
proceed under provisions of Streets and Highways Code Section 8321, et seq.,
and in accordance with the provisions thereof, by resolution, the Arroyo Grande
City Council set the time and place for public hearing of protests for the
vacation of said City street at 8:00 P.M., October 14, 1975, in the Arroyo Grande
City Council Chambers; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found, on the basis of evidence produced
at the public hearing, that the hereinafter described public street is unnecessary
for present or future public street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the hereinafter described portion of
an Arroyo Grande City street be abandoned, and It Is so ordered.
IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, BEING A PORTION CF OAK STREET AS
DELINEATED ON A MAP OF TRACT NO, 46 RECORDED IN BOOK 5,
PAGE 64, RECORDS OF SAID COLNTY, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS.
BEGli'NING AT TH: MOST EASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 6, BLOCK 4
OF SAID TRACT 46 ON THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF
SAID OAK STREET I TH:NCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALCNG TH: SAID
