A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCiL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERV~CES OF
THE STATE 'OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAiN ITEMS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does
hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services of
the State of California, to purchase
FILE CABINETS
for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande pursuant to Section 14814,
Government Code, and that Thomas M, Butch, Purchasing Agent, Is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other
documents In connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo
Grande.
On motion of Councilman de Leon, seconded by Councilman Splerllng and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Splerllng, de Leon, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 23rd day of September, 1975.
