A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT AND RECORD
A DEED OF REAL PROPERTY FROM EDWARD H. CHRISTOPHER AND
HELEN L. CHRISTOPHER.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande that a
certain deed dated the 24th day of July, 1975, made and executed by EDWARD H.
CHRISTOPHER and HELEN L. CHRISTOPHER, conveying to the CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
real property on the lC'C>Lthwes,t corner of The Pike and Halcyon Road, being a
portion of Lot 4 in Block 6 of Beckett's Addition to the Town of Oceano, in the
City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as more
particularly described in said deed, and the same is hereby accepted by the City
of Arroyo Grande.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
authorized and directed to cause said deed to be recorded in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of San Luis Obispo.

On motion of Councilman Schlegel, seconded by Councilman de Leon and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES, Councilmen de Leon, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor Talley
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Spierling
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 12th day of August, 1975.
