REseLUT~ON NO. 1174
A RESOLUTION OF'THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE ESTABL! SH I NG IINO PARKI NG" ZONES ON GRAND AVENUE.
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on
portions of Grand Avenue, as specifically described below;
NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows:
L That a no parking zone be established on the south side of
Grand Avenue between Traffic Way and Barnett Street.
2. That a no parking zone be established on the north side of
Grand Avenue, between Traffic Way and Barnett Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and he is herewith ordered to install all necessary signs along said
portions of Grand Avenue to indicate the parking restrictions as set forth above.
On motion of Councilman de Leon, seconded by Councilman Spierling and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, de Leon, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
