RESOWTION NO. li68
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUN::IL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE ESTABLISHING A LIMITED FREIGHT LOADING ZONE ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF BRANCH STREET,
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a limited
freight l~ading zone on Branch Street at the location described below;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows:
Taat a loading zone be established for the loading and unloading of
mercr~ndise, between the hours of 8:00 A.M, and 11:00 A.M" on the south side
of Branch Street, said loading zone to begin at a point located two hundred
and twenty-five feet (225') westerly of the westerly line of Short Street and
extending wes terly a distance of sixty-eight feet (68'),
BE IT F1JRTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
GTande be, and he is herewit~ ordered to install all necessary signs and/or
markings to indicate the restriction set forth above,
On motion of Councilman Spierling, seconded by Councilman de Leon and on
th, following roll call vote, to wit: .,
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, de Leon, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor Talley
