RESOLUTION NO, 1161
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE ESTABLISHING A PASSENGER LOADING ZONE ON BRIDGE
STREET AND ELIMINATING AN EXISTING PASSENGER LOADING
ZONE ON BRIDGE STREET,
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a passenger
loading zone on Bridge Street at the location described below; and also to
eliminate an existing passenger loading zone on Bridge Street, at the location
described below;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows:
That a forty foot (40') passenger loading zone be established
on the east side of Bridge Street located a distance of one
hundred twenty-one feet (121') northerly of the north line of
Poole Street and to extend northerly a distance of seventy feet
(70') .
That the passenger loading zone located on the east side of
Bridge Street located at a point seventy feet (70') southerly
of the south line of Nelson Street and extending a distance
of eighty feet (80') be rescinded,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and he is herewith ordered to install all necessary signs and/or
markings to indicate the restriction set forth above.
On motion of Councilman de Leon, seconded by Councilman Spier ling and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, de Leon, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of May, 1975.
