A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE ESTABLISHING A LIMITED FREIGHT LOADING ZONE ON
BAA"IGH STREET.
WHEREAS, it appears ne~.es~ary and d.esirable to establish a limited freight
loading zon~ on Branch Street at the location described below;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows: I

That a loading zone be established for the loading and unloading of I
r-. merchandise, between the hours of 8:00 A.M, and 11:00 A,M" on the north side

1 of Branch Street to be located seventy. seven feet (77') westerly of the ,

westerly property line of Nevada Street and to extend westerly a distance of I
sixty-eight feet (68'), i
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and he is her~with ordered to install all necessary signs and/or
markings to indicate the restriction set forth above.
On motion of Councilman Spierling, seconded by Councilman de Leon and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilman Spierling, de Leon, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor Talley
