RESOLUTION NO. 1156
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN A
JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF CERTAIN
ELEMENTS OF THE GENERAL PLAN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE HEREBY RESOLVES that
the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute that certain joint powers
agreement among the County of San Luis Obispo and the Cities of Arroyo Grande,
Grover City, Morro Bay, Paso Robles, Pismo Beach, and San Luis Obispo,
regarding the preparation of the Noise and Public Safety Elements of the
General Plan.
On motion of Councilman de Leon, seconded by Spier1ing and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, de Leon, Millis and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Schlegel
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 22nd day of April, 1975.
