A RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
SETTING FORTH ITS INTENTION TO VACATE, ABANDON AND CroSE A
PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN INACTIVE SEWER EASEMENT IN LOT 108 OE'
THE RANCHOS CORRAL DE PIEDRA, PISMO & BOrsA DE CHEMISAI" IN
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AND FIXING TIME AND PLACE FOR
HEARING AS PROVIDED FOR BY GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 50430, ET SEQ,
WHEREAS, th~re now exists in the City ~f Arroyo Grande, Co~~ty of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, an inactive sewer easement in Lot 108 of the Ranchos
Corral de Piedra, Pismo & Bolsa de Chemisal; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande eldots to proceed
with the vacation, abandonment and closing of said easement, pur"..sant to Section
50437 of the Government Code of the State of California; and

Grande that it intends to abandon 4nd close the h~~~inaftsr, described sewer
easement, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, For this purpose, the City Council will hold a hearing in connection
with said intention to vacate, abandon and close the here1.nafter descr1.bed ease-
ment, which hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at
214 East Branch Street, Arroyo Grande, California, on the 22nd day of April, 1975,
at the hour of 8:00 P,M, At said time, those persons interested in or objecting
to the proposed vacation, abandonment and closing of said easement, may appear
and be heard.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Arroyo Grande
be, and she is herewith direct~d to cause to be posted along said 68sement at
intervals not to exceed three hundred feet (300') in distance apart and at least
three (3) in number on said easement, notices of passage of resolution, which
said notices shall be entitled "NOTICE OJ!' INTENTION TO VACATE, ABANDON AND CWSE
A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT IN LOT 108 OF RANCHO BOLSA DE CHEMISAL, IN THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA.'.!
In addition thereto, the City Clerk is herewith ordered and directed to
cause a copy of said resolution to be published at least two successive weeks
prior to the !learing in the Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder, a semi-weekly
newspaper published and circulated in the City of Arroyo Grande, which publica-
tion shall be at least ten (10) days prior to the date of said hearing,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the portion of that easement in Let 108 of the
Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo & Bolsa de Chemisal, which the City Council of
the City of Arroyo Grande proposes to vacate, abandon and close, is more parti~
cularly described as follows, to wit:
All that portion of that certain Deed of Sewer rights of ways
recorded in the County Recorder's Office at Book 5 Page 497 of Official
Records of the C~jnty of San Luis Obispo more fully described as foll~,":
