RESOLUTION NO, 1149 .
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE DESIGNATING CERTAIN CITY STREETS AS A "TRUCK ROUTE".
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande did pass and
adopt Ordinance No. 109 C,S, permitting establishment of truck routes; and
WHEREAS, in order to provide for the orderly movement of trucks in the
City it is necessary and desirable to establish a truck route;
NOW, THEREFORE, -the City Council hereby ordains that the following named
streets be designated as the Truck Route System for the City of Arroyo Grande:

The Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande is herewith directed to
install signs and/or markings to indicate the above designated Truck Route.
On motion of Councilman de Leon, seconded by Councilman Spierling and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, de Leon, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 25th day of February, 1975
