RESOLUTION NO. 1147
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized, empowered and
directed, for and on behalf of said City, to enter into and execute with
Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a California corporation, that certain
agreement which relates to the permislion given by laid Company to said City
to use certain poles of said Company for the purpose of maintaining thereon
said City's parking control lignl and decorative flags therewith, and which
has been submitted by said Company at thi. meeting of this said City Council.
On motion of Councilman Schlegel, .econded by Councilman de Leon and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, de Leon, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 11th day of February, 1975.
