RESOLUTION NO. 1146
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT NO. 75-8 WITH THE
S TATE OF CALIFORNIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE HEREBY RESOLVES that
the Mayor and City C1er~ be authorized to execute that certain agreement
with the State of California Department of Transportation designated Traffic
Signal Maintenance Agreement No. 75-8.
On motion of Councilman Spier1ing, seconded by Councilman de Leon and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spier1ing, de Leon, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 28th day of January, 1975.
