GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR .AND C:tTYCLERK TO EXECUTE
UTILITIES AGREEMENT NO. 294.0.2 WITH ~ STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL .OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE HEREBY RESOLVES that
the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute that certain agreement with
the State of California Department of Transportation designated Utilities,
Alre.m.nt No. 294.0.2.
